Our two needle punch production lines, together with the sections that handle, finish and cut the final product, allows us to offer a wide range of products with different formats, physiochemical properties and categories. Within this line of solutions, there are two processes. The first, Thermobonding, is a process in which the fibre does not receive any chemical finish after punching. This produces a solution with high absorbency and softness. Effective width of 3,200 mm. The other process is Chemicalbonding, a chemical process in which any colour or printed brand information may be added, customising designs to the clients’ liking.
